The chefs at Wakatobi were very good (it wasn't the Swedish chef who many of you remember), and it was far too easy to eat too much at every single meal. Twice on our trip, we were treated to a special dinner, the first of which happened to coincide with my birthday. :) A feast was assembled outside for us to enjoy -- and enjoy it we did, up until the last moments before a downpour forced us to relocate indoors.
The second special dinner took place during our last evening on the island. Lorenz and John stood up to make speeches, and we guests thanked all of the staff for the wonderful time we had.
