I am an assistant editor of AMC, an English-teaching magazine publisher in Taiwan. Our readers are mainly high-school students in Taiwan. We are currently working on an article about sharks for one of our magazines, English4u. The article will be published this August. I was lucky to come across the amazing photos you posted on Flickr. Great story about Optibay, SSD, RAID 0 on your Macbook Pro. As you know already the new MacBook Pro has a SATA connected Superdrive. I don't know if you are ready to trade in your experimental MPB for a new one yet, but maybe you could answer my questions:

1) Is there a special procedure to attach a SSD drive to the SATA Optibay or do they just connect?
2) You wrote that "the SATA version of the OptiBay is actually a SATA -> ATA bridge", does this mean one has to wait for MCE to release a true SATA Optibay?
