A couple of designer friends scoured the internets, doing research, and came up with a list of baby stuff that is the “least offensive.” The list is amazing, and I’ll post items one by one as we start to think about each one.
I was reading through it earlier today and noticed this key sentence: “Unless you are walking home, you can’t take your baby home without a car seat.” I guess we need a car seat before the baby comes! I walked into the garage to look at the pile of gifted baby stuff in there, and noticed that there was a car seat. Bonus! It says, “Peg-Pégero, Primo Viaggio SIP” on it, but I have no idea whether it is for an infant or a toddler.
Our designer friends recommend the Maxi-Cosi Mico AP Infant Car Seat because it is the lightest, and “least offensive.” I guess we’ll have to figure out whether the one we already have is in good condition and is suitable or not for an infant. If it isn’t, we’ll look at the Maxi-Cosi, which looks interesting because it looks like it can be taken out and fitted onto a stroller.
