[echeng.com] journal > vienna teng, kerpal

June 15, 2001

I'm sitting here, alone, laughing out loud every once in awhile. Why? I'm listening to Peter's Kerpal Remix. Try playing it on repeat for half an hour, and you'll find yourself unable to concentrate on anything else, laughing hysterically. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA! Peter's on the other end of Yahoo! Messenger playing it on repeat, too. We're sync'ed.

Kerpal and Abdar are very nice things to come home to after a nice evening in Santa Clara, listening to Vienna Teng sing. She was really amazing, just like she is on her CD! I know I've written this before, but you really should check out her new album. We convened at Pho Hoa on Castro St. in Mountain View afterwards and randomly bumped into Dean, another guy who was performing that evening. It's getting harder and harder to park there late at night, now that the Lime Light has opened. Lots of lowered Civics with wings and stuff in the parking lot now. *sigh*.

Also, Winnie wrote in her online journal recently that Adam and I "go hand in hand (figuratively speaking folks)." I thought it was funny, since I was just hanging out with him tonight. I wonder if people think we're gay lovers or something. Not that I care...

Photos on this page courtesy of Adam Tow (tow.com). It's great! Whenever I go anywhere with Adam I don't have to lug around my camera. :)
