GALAPAGOS, JUN 2004 - THE PASSENGERS

The Passengers

Being an industry fam ("familiarization") trip, everyone on board was in the dive training and travel industry. I was definitely not used having every conversation for an entire week centered around dive training and equipment, but I had a lot of fun anyway. It sort of reminded me of when I used to hang out with lots of software engineers, only these people were nerdy (in the good sense of the word) in a different way -- except for Dan and Curt, who like me are nerdy in both ways. :).

It was nice to be on the boat again with Ken, John Boll, Antonio, Juan-Carlos, the rest of the crew. Watching Ken and John pick at each other is still as entertaining as ever. :)

What do Americans eat when they go to Galapagos? Pizza, of course!

A rare photo of me.
